1.Take a few amount of dry grapes.(2 tea spoon)
2.Take a few amount of rock sugar.(2 tea spoon)
3.Soak it in a small cup of water (small tea cup).
4.Leave it for 10 hours. (you can do this at night and drink it in the morning ).
5.In morning drink this content and just walk around for 2 minutes ,if you are in room just walk around.
